You may want to attach scripts to an application by keeping the scripts as resources in the application file. If you use Toy Surprise to edit the scripts, you have to keep multiple TS compiled script files around and use ResEdit to copy their 'scpt' resources into your application.
The ResEdit scpt editor simplifies the process by letting you edit an 'scpt' resource directly in ResEdit. Since this is the first RSSC code resource I've written, it is not completely satisfactory; still, it's usable.
To install it, copy all the resources (except the 'vers') into to your ResEdit Preferences file.
